Volusion Downtime

Anyone else noticing an increase in site down time with Volusion? My stores have been bouncing like crazy this month. When it happens, ALL of Volsion's stores and my.volusion go down. banghead.gif

Our site has been down for about 1-1/2 hours so far. They must have had a pretty big meltdown because the volusion site and volusion forums are down too. At least the email is still working. I was feeling pretty smug when others have been complaining about down time over the last month or two as volusion switched from Rackspace to their own servers. We had not had any problems. But then we was informed our site was being switched last week and now we are having problems too. You would think they would stop the transition until they got their act together.

Not sure if this post will show up. Having a hard time getting it to post. This is 3rd try.

Something really went wrong today.

Here's a uptime report for one of my Volusion stores:

2009 October (to present) 99.338%
2009 September 99.748%
2009 August 99.811%
2009 July 99.937%
2009 June 99.902%

Most solutions boast a three 9 uptime percentage (99.9%). Volusion is having a tough time meeting this lately.

We've been down most of the day, and I'm ready to blow up.

I can't afford to stay with a host that's not reliable. We're out thousands of dollars today. It's just not worth it.

We went down again last night for 3 hours. This is just plain crazy!
